atk11 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and atk11 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the atk11 website at atk11.org and all related services provided by atk11, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, online slots, crash games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered from time to time.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the atk11 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the atk11 platform and close your account. atk11 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To open and use an atk11 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. atk11 operates a strict minimum age policy and may request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance held pending identity verification will be returned in accordance with these Terms.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally entitled to access and use online betting and casino services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of atk11 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an existing atk11 account holder registering a second account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one atk11 account at any given time. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual may be merged, suspended, or permanently closed at atk11's discretion.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business entity, or third party when registering or using an atk11 account. All accounts must be registered and operated solely by the named account holder in their personal capacity.
• You must not be a current or former employee of atk11 or any affiliate, subsidiary, or technology partner of atk11, nor may you be an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicitly permitted in writing by atk11 management.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access betting, casino, and other services on the atk11 platform, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires your Bangladesh mobile number and a password of your choosing. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. atk11 recommends using a unique password not shared with any other service.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information, using another person's identity, or omitting material information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• Your account login credentials (mobile number and password) are confidential. You must not disclose them to any other person under any circumstances. atk11 will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication asking for your password, you should report it to atk11 support immediately.
• You are responsible for all transactions and activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised them. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify atk11 support without delay and change your password immediately.
• atk11 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any point. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the time specified by atk11 may result in account restriction or suspension.

atk11 may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not confer any right to continued use of the platform if subsequent eligibility checks reveal that the eligibility conditions set out in Section 2 are not met.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the atk11 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). atk11 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer methods. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction within your account.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed instantly and credited to your atk11 account balance without delay. atk11 is not responsible for delays caused by network issues on the part of third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by atk11. You may only withdraw to accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• atk11 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms. Withdrawal requests will not be processed while a bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding on the account.
• atk11 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service. atk11 has no control over and accepts no liability for such third-party fees.

All deposits to your atk11 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. atk11 may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account at any time as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

atk11 offers a range of bonus programmes and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are displayed at the point of claiming. The following general conditions apply to all atk11 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have completed account registration and identity verification as required. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only and may not be claimed more than once per account holder.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the atk11 platform are governed by these Terms and by any additional sport-specific or game-specific rules published by atk11 from time to time. The following general rules apply:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the atk11 platform, it may not be cancelled or modified by the player. atk11 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or placed in violation of these Terms.

• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in the atk11 platform to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action. This includes but is not limited to the use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets without human oversight.

7. Responsible Gaming

atk11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are in place for all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period before it comes into force.
• Time-Out: Players may activate a temporary time-out period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) at any time. During a time-out, the account remains open but no deposits, bets, or casino games may be placed. The time-out cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling has become a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. • The account holder requests voluntary closure. Upon voluntary closure, any qualifying balance remaining after settlement of outstanding bets will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the atk11 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of atk11 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the atk11 platform, or any content on it, without the express written permission of atk11. The atk11 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of atk11. Use of these marks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atk11 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the atk11 platform, even if atk11 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the atk11 platform due to technical maintenance, server outage, network failure, or circumstances beyond atk11's reasonable control including force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information, odds, statistics, or other content displayed on the atk11 platform. While atk11 takes reasonable care to ensure accuracy, it does not warrant that all information on the platform is accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

atk11 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
